Hod Electrical restarts IPO, has applied for counseling filing registration with Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau.

According to the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Haida Electronics Co., Ltd. in Wuxi City completed the counseling filing registration with the Jiangsu Securities Regulatory Bureau on July 3, 2025, and the counseling securities firm was Minsheng Securities. The counseling filing report shows that Haida Electronics had previously applied to go public on the Science and Technology Innovation Board in June 2021, and successfully passed the review on November 26, 2021. On December 26, 2022, the company voluntarily withdrew its application. On February 6, 2023, the China Securities Regulatory Commission terminated its issuance registration process.
