The issuance scale of science and technology innovation bonds exceeded 620 billion yuan, with over 70% being rated AAA.

Since the implementation of policies related to technology innovation bonds in May, the enthusiasm for issuing sci-tech bonds by various entities has remained high. Wind data shows that as of July 3, a total of 419 sci-tech bonds have been issued in the entire market, with a total issuance scale exceeding 620 billion yuan. In terms of the nature of issuers, central state-owned enterprises and local state-owned enterprises are the main issuers of sci-tech bonds. As of now, central state-owned enterprises have issued 311.832 billion yuan of sci-tech bonds, accounting for 49.90%; local state-owned enterprises have issued 226.057 billion yuan of sci-tech bonds, accounting for 36.18%; private enterprises, public enterprises, and collective enterprises have issued a total of 87.010 billion yuan of sci-tech bonds, accounting for 13.92%.
