The Zhitong Finance APP News reports that Song Yuan Resources (603863.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Zhuangpeng, and the counterparty were unable to reach an agreement on certain core terms, and decided to terminate the change in control. The company's stock will resume trading from July 4, 2025 (Friday).
