The two-year US Treasury bond yield rose by more than 9 basis points on the non-farm payroll day, with a total increase of more than 13 basis points this week.

On Thursday, during the closing session in New York, the yield on the US 10-year benchmark Treasury bond rose by 6.89 basis points to 4.3457%. It showed a "" shaped trend throughout the day, with overall trading in the range of 4.2475% to 4.3576%. At 20:30 Beijing time, when the US non-farm payroll report was released, the yield surged from around 4.26% to almost 4.36%, a cumulative increase of 6.89 basis points for the week. The yield on the 2-year US Treasury bond rose by 9.51 basis points to 3.8799%, trading in the range of 3.7517% to 3.9089% during the day, with a cumulative increase of 13.20 basis points for the week.
