In terms of news, the US and Vietnam have reached a trade memorandum of understanding, with reports stating that Vietnam Airlines will purchase 50 Boeing 737 MAX aircraft produced in 2023, involving $8 billion. Vietnam Airlines aims to purchase as many as 100 new narrow-body aircraft by 2035 to expand its fleet and replace old aircraft.
