Affected by the recall of power banks, Romoss's operations have fallen into difficulty. On July 3rd, several Romoss employees confirmed to Interface News reporters that starting from July 1st, Romoss had been gradually informing employees to stop all work and production. An official announcement has not been made yet, and employees have only been paid up until June. On July 2nd, there was a change in Romoss's business registration, with Lei Shexing stepping down as the legal representative, director, and manager, and Lei Xingrong taking over. This change occurred in less than three months. In response to inquiries about the change in legal representative, Romoss previously told the media that the company is currently arranging for reforms, conducting internal audits, and focusing all its efforts on self-inspection of the supply chain to prepare for new products.
