Alloy investment announcement, Guanghui Energy will transfer its 79.8796 million shares of alloy investment, accounting for 20.74% of the total share capital, to Jiuzhou Hengchang Logistics Co., Ltd. After this equity change, Guanghui Energy will no longer hold any shares of alloy investment. This equity change is necessary for the strategic development of Guanghui Energy, aiming to focus on its core business and enhance its core competitiveness. Guanghui Energy has no plans to increase or decrease its holdings in the next 12 months. The transaction has obtained necessary authorization and approval, and requires confirmation and transfer procedures by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited.
