The Zhtng Finance and Economics APP reports that Kingboard Holdings (00064.HK) has announced that the board of directors suggests consolidating the existing issued and unissued shares at a ratio of 20 shares to 1 share with a par value of 2.00 Hong Kong dollars per share by merging every 0.10 Hong Kong dollars per share. The share consolidation must be approved by shareholders at a special general meeting before it can take effect.
