Recently, the China Construction Fifth Bureau South China Company won the bid for the design and construction of the Chengmai County Smart Research and Training Base and supporting facilities project, with a contract value of 1.251 billion yuan. The project is located in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, and is the first intelligent research and training service platform in Chengmai County.
