Wanye Enterprise: Guosheng Capital plans to reduce its shareholding in the company by no more than 0.2%

On the evening of July 3, Wan Ye Enterprise announced that Shanghai Guosheng Capital Management Co., Ltd., the company's third largest shareholder with a 5% stake, plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 1.8612 million shares within 3 months after 15 trading days through centralized competitive trading, i.e., not exceeding 0.2% of the company's current total share capital.
