Zhixin Financial News APP reports that Wan Ye Enterprise (600641.SH) announced that, due to its own funding needs, the company's third largest shareholder, Shanghai Guosheng Capital Management Co., Ltd.- Shanghai Guosheng Haitong Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Guosheng Capital"), plans to reduce its holdings by a total of more than 1.8612 million shares, or not more than 0.2% of the company's current total share capital, through centralized auction trading within 3 months from 15 trading days after the disclosure of the reduction plan announcement date, i.e., between July 25, 2025 and October 24, 2025.
