The Shimao Group (00813) plans to sell 50% stake in Beijing Fuhua Yuntong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.

Capitalwisdom Financial APP News, SHIMAO Group (00813) announced that on July 3, 2025, its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, Mudanjiang Shimao New City Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., plans to sell 50% equity interest in Beijing Fuhua Yuntong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and sell its debt to Fuhua Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., with a total consideration of approximately RMB 156.2 million.
