On July 3, Air China and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) signed the "Safety Leadership Charter" with the aim of deepening the exchange and cooperation in the field of safety between Air China and the global aviation industry, helping to enhance the international influence and safety management level of the company. The "Safety Leadership Charter" was initiated by IATA and jointly drafted by member airlines. Since its official release in September 2023, a total of 151 airlines have joined.
