According to the CITIC Securities APP, European technology giants jointly called on the European Union to temporarily delay the implementation of new regulations on AI regulation. More than 110 institutions, including the world's largest semiconductor lithography giant ASML (ASML.US) headquartered in the Netherlands, European software giant SAP (SAP.US), and artificial intelligence newcomer Mistral AI, recently wrote to the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, requesting a postponement of restrictive clauses for cutting-edge artificial intelligence models.
