Hubei Province has specified that starting next year, newly developed commercial housing will be sold on-site in principle.

On July 1, Jingmen introduced the "Policy Measures on Continuously Consolidating the Stable Situation of the Real Estate Market in the Central Urban Area", explicitly proposing "orderly promotion of existing property sales". The specific provisions of this measure include: for newly auctioned high-quality real estate development land, priority will be given to developing the existing property sales model; starting from January 1, 2026, newly auctioned land for development of commercial housing will in principle be sold as existing properties.
