Global Data-SW opens nearly 7% higher, C-REIT final issue price confirmed

International Data-SW opened 6.9% higher at 30.2 Hong Kong dollars. In the overnight US stock market, International Data closed up 4.63% at 30.835 US dollars, which is equivalent to 30.5 Hong Kong dollars per share in the Hong Kong stock market. In terms of news, International Data announced that the final offering price of the Southern International Data Center closed-end infrastructure securities investment fund's initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange has been set at 3 yuan per unit. C-REIT will issue a total of 800 million units, equivalent to 100% of the issued units after the IPO is completed. The total amount to be received by C-REIT is 2.4 billion Chinese yuan.
