Zhixin Finance APP news, Rui Feng New Energy (00527.HK) announced that on May 16, 2025, the company entered into a formal equity transfer agreement with the sellers (Hebei Shengde and Hebei Jijiao). According to this agreement, the company will acquire 50% equity of Hebei Jiaotou De Energy Co., Ltd. from the sellers for a price of 6.75 million RMB (equivalent to approximately 7.43 million Hong Kong dollars), which will be fully paid by the company in cash.
