Chinatimes Financial News App learned that Volcano Village International Holdings (01715.HK) announced that (i) Dr. Zheng Jingwen (Dr. Zheng) has resigned as a non-executive director due to his intention to focus on other businesses; and (ii) Mr. Wang Shifang (Mr. Wang) has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee respectively, due to his intention to focus on other businesses, effective from July 2, 2025.
