Zhengdan Group: Hexing Enterprise reduces its stake in the company by 0.4754%

Zhengdan Holdings announced that the controlling shareholder, Hexing Enterprise, reduced its stake in the company by 2.4982 million shares through centralized auction trading from June 10, 2025 to July 1, 2025, accounting for 0.4754% of the total share capital of the company. After this equity change, Hexing Enterprise and its concerted action parties, Huaxing Investment and YWR 6th Private Equity Fund, collectively hold 257 million shares of the company, representing a change in the percentage of total share capital of the company from 49.3750% to 48.8996%.
