Lyon: Bright Smart Securities (00909.HK) target price raised to 2.7 Hong Kong dollars, maintaining a "hold" rating.

Wisdom Finance and Economics app learned that Lyon has released a research report stating that it maintains a "hold" rating on Minyun Cloud (00909.HK), but has raised the target price from 2.5 Hong Kong dollars to 2.7 Hong Kong dollars, an increase of 8%. The report points out that the latest CRR survey by the bank's real estate research team shows that the mainland real estate market will remain weak in the first half of 2025. Therefore, the bank predicts that the group's revenue growth will slow down in the first half of 2025. However, due to strict cost control measures over the past three years, profitability is on the rise and the group is expanding into overseas markets.
