Bright Smart Securities APP News, Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited (01244.HK) announced that on June 30, 2025, the board of directors approved the signing of a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Qingdao Hainuo. According to the agreement, the company and its subsidiaries agreed to pay a total consideration of 98 million yuan to Qingdao Hainuo, and Qingdao Hainuo agreed to lift the injunction. The two parties further agreed that if a settlement amount is reached in a subsequent civil ruling, the aforementioned deposit will be deducted from the settlement amount.
