The Zhixun financial APP news, Wan Shun Ruiqiang Group (08427.HK) announced that Ms. Chen Xiangru, the current independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's nomination committee, effective from July 1, 2025. Mr. Ma Xisheng, the current independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as a member of the company's nomination committee, effective from July 1, 2025.
