Yuanzheng Technology (02488.HK) applies for full circulation of H shares.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Emsonic Technology (02488.HK) announced that the company has submitted an application to the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 1, 2025, for the implementation of H-share full circulation, in order to convert the 194 million shares of unlisted shares of the company, equivalent to approximately 46.80% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement, into overseas listed shares of the company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Company will also apply to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for approval for the listing and trading of such H-shares on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
