International oil prices rise on the 1st.

As of the close of the day, the price of light crude oil futures for delivery in August on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 34 cents to settle at $65.45 per barrel, up 0.52%; the price of Brent crude oil futures for delivery in September rose by 37 cents to settle at $67.11 per barrel, up 0.55%.
