Zhtng Cijng APP news, Xnwngd (300207.SZ) issued an announcement to deepen the company's globalization strategy, create an international capital operation platform, enhance international brand image and comprehensive competitiveness, promote the company's long-term development. It agreed that the company plans to issue overseas listed foreign shares (H shares) and apply for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and will submit the relevant proposal for consideration at the company's shareholders' meeting.
