Online and offline announcements, disclosure obligations of Wang Kun, Men Qingjuan, and Wuxi Junmao Investment Co., Ltd. jointly transferred a total of 10.7062 million shares of a listed company to Shenzhen Shenlei Technology Co., Ltd. through agreement transfer method, accounting for 13.32% of the total share capital of the listed company. After this equity change, Shenlei Technology will become the controlling shareholder of the company, Mr. Xia Jun and Ms. Li Wei will become the actual controllers of the listed company. After the completion of the share transfer and waiver of voting rights, Shenlei Technology will hold 10.7062 million shares of the company, accounting for 13.32% of the total share capital of the listed company.
