According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, Mingyang Smart New Energy Development Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhang Zhonghai as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. The business scope includes power generation, power transmission, power supply, wind farm related system development, high-efficiency energy-saving technology research and development in the electricity industry, waste heat, pressure, and gas utilization technology research and development, waste heat power generation key technology research and development, and research and development of emerging energy technologies. Qi Cha Cha's equity penetration display shows that both companies are indirectly wholly owned by Mingyang Smart.
