Independent non-executive director Ms. Xing Mengwei has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee, effective from June 24, 2025. The nomination committee consists of four members, namely Mr. Liu Yong, Mr. Gao Wei, Mr. Liu Zhaotian, and Ms. Xing Mengwei, with Mr. Liu Yong serving as the chairman of the nomination committee.
