The latest news from the China Fortune Financial APP states that Time Angel (06699.HK) has announced changes to the composition of its Nomination Committee, effective from June 24, 2025: Executive Director and current member of the Nomination Committee, Song Xin, will no longer be a member of the Nomination Committee; and Executive Director Dong Li has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee.
