A 6-story old office building located on Hongling Middle Road in Luohu District, Shenzhen, was once again put up for auction. On May 14th of this year, the property attracted 34 bidders who participated in the competition. After 450 rounds of bidding, a popular internet company headquartered in Xingtai, Hebei, won the bid with the highest bid of 114 million yuan, with a premium rate of over 379%. However, on June 23rd, just one month later, the bidding results confirmation document for the property was updated again, showing "the property failed to be completed in the transaction on 2025/06/23 at 10:25:34" and was once again put up for auction on the Alibaba AssetJudicial Platform with a starting price of approximately 23.7799 million yuan. A customer service representative from Alibaba Assets stated that if the winning bidder fails to pay the remaining amount within the specified time, it will be considered a breach of contract, and the court will re-auction the property. Employees of the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court also confirmed that the relevant winning bidder did not make the payment.
