Wisdom Financial News App reports that Ou Kangwei Vision Biology-B (01477.HK) announced that on June 24, 2025, the board of directors decided to cancel 4.0188 million stock options previously granted to 155 existing grantees in accordance with the rules of the 2021 stock option plan and with the consent of the relevant existing grantees. As a substitute and consideration for the cancelled stock options, 2.8132 million replacement stock options involving a total of 2.8132 million shares of stock will be re-granted to these existing grantees (equivalent to approximately 70% of the cancelled stock options held by them), representing approximately 0.35% of the total number of shares issued by the company as of the grant date (excluding treasury shares).
