Huaye Spices: Plans to raise funds of no more than 113 million yuan for use in the spice production project.

Huaye Flavours announced on the evening of June 24th that the company plans to issue shares to specific investors through a simplified process to raise a total of no more than 113 million yuan, which will be used for the first phase of the annual production of 3230 tons of flavors and fragrances project, with an annual production capacity of 1300 tons of flavors and fragrances production equipment.
