Haitong High-Tech: Intends to sell aircraft asset package.

Haiti High-Tech announced that, according to the company's business development plan, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianjin Huaxin No. 1 Leasing Co. Ltd., will sell one B737-800 aircraft to the buyer Tianjin Jinrui Leasing Co. Ltd.; its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianjin Huaxin Shi Nian Leasing Co. Ltd., will sell one B737-800 aircraft to the buyer Tianjin Qingkongshan Yi Aircraft Leasing Co. Ltd.; and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tianjin Huaxin Jiutian Leasing Co. Ltd., will sell one B737-800 aircraft to the buyer Tianjin Qingkongshan Er Aircraft Leasing Co. Ltd.
