The Zhitong Finance APP notified that Zhou Heiya (01458.HK) issued an announcement, effective from June 24, 2025: (1) Executive Director Ms. Wang Yali has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee; (2) Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Chen Chen has been reassigned as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee; and (3) Executive Director Mr. Zhou Fuyu will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
