Hait high-tech announced that its wholly-owned subsidiaries Tianjin Huaxin No.1 Leasing Co., Ltd., Tianjin Huaxin Ten Years Leasing Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Huaxin Nine Days Leasing Co., Ltd. have sold one B737-800 aircraft to Tianjin Jinrui Leasing Co., Ltd., Tianjin Qingkongshan One Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Qingkongshan Two Aircraft Leasing Co., Ltd. respectively. The transaction price is based on market fair value and was determined through negotiation between the parties, with the actual selling price in the range of $73 million to $104 million. The proceeds will be used for the company's daily operations. This transaction will help optimize the company's asset-liability structure, improve operational and management efficiency, and align with the company's overall development strategy.
