ST King Kong announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai King Kong Glass Fire Technology Co., Ltd., has used self-raised funds of 10 million yuan to establish Beijing King Kong Shuhai Intelligent Computing Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Shanghai King Kong has subscribed for 100% of the capital. This investment is aimed at promoting the company's pre-reorganization and reorganization process, strengthening its operating foundation, and based on its positive outlook on the development prospects of the intelligent computing industry. Shanghai Hongqi Yunchuang Technology Group Co., Ltd., a reorganization investor of the company, will assist the company in expanding its new business.
