Due to continuous heavy rainfall, multiple rivers in Rongjiang County, Qiandongnan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, have seen rapid rise in water levels. Today, a new round of flood peaks passed through Rongjiang County, Guizhou, prompting emergency relocation of residents along the rivers and low-lying areas. Rongjiang County has raised its flood control emergency response level from Level II to Level I, with almost 40,000 residents evacuated from the county town. Seven major flood control zones have been established, each with designated personnel providing guidance and organizing relevant departments to assist residents. In addition, two centralized relocation sites have been set up in the county town, providing essential living supplies.
