The Zhidao Financial News APP reports that China Financial Leasing (02312) and the offeror LONGLING CAPITAL LTD jointly announced that on June 24, 2025, the offeror has completed the acquisition of approximately 34.96% of the company's equity, with a selling price of 0.38 Hong Kong dollars per share.
