China Jinsheng (01380.HK) plans to issue 14.2 million capitalization shares.

Wisdom Financial News APP, China Jinshi (01380.HK) announced that on June 24, 2025, the company entered into a loan capitalization agreement with a creditor (Mr. Zeng Jingfeng). According to this agreement, both parties conditionally agreed that the principal amount of the loan of HK$2.355 million and accrued interest of approximately HK$59,359 under the loan agreement will be settled in full by issuing and issuing 14.202 million capitalization shares to the creditor at a capitalization price of HK$0.170 per share. Upon completion, the outstanding loan to the creditor will be deemed fully repaid.
