China Jinmao, a subsidiary, plans to acquire a 49% stake in Shanghai Taomao for 2.137 billion yuan.

Wisdom Financial APP News, China Jinmao (00817.HK) announced that on June 24, 2025, Suzhou Tengmao (an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) signed a share transfer agreement with Suzhou Chunmao. According to the agreement, Suzhou Tengmao agreed to acquire and Suzhou Chunmao agreed to sell 49% of the equity of Shanghai Taomao for a total consideration of approximately RMB 2.137 billion.
