China Jinmao: Acquires 49% equity of Shanghai Taomao, with a total consideration of approximately 2.137 billion yuan.

China Jinmao announced that Suzhou Tengmao and Suzhou Chunmao have signed a share transfer agreement, agreeing to acquire Suzhou Chunmao's 49% stake in Shanghai Taomao, with a total consideration of approximately 2.137 billion yuan. After the completion of this transaction, Shanghai Taomao will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
