CNOOC affiliated company signs exploration and production contract for Zhylyoi oil and gas block in Kazakhstan.

On the 24th, China National Offshore Oil Corporation announced that its wholly owned subsidiary CNOOC Hong Kong Holding Limited signed an oil and gas exploration and production contract for the Zhylyoi Block with the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan and the National Oil and Gas Company of Kazakhstan.
