Ant Group reduced its stake in Zhongan Insurance H shares to 7.63%.

The announcement by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 24th showed that Ant Group has reduced its holdings in ZhongAn Insurance by over 33 million shares, bringing its ownership of H-shares down to 7.63%. It is understood that this is the second time in the 12 years that Ant Group has been invested in ZhongAn Insurance.
