Pengding Holdings (002938.SZ) plans to invest up to 30 million US dollars in the CRPIF fund to deploy new energy assets.

Zhtng Cijng APP News, Pengding Holdings (002938.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pengding International Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Pengding"), intends to participate in the investment of China Renewable Power Infrastructure LPF (referred to as "CRPIF Fund") and sign a subscription agreement. The CRPIF Fund mainly focuses on investing in new energy infrastructure projects such as photovoltaic and wind power, as well as supporting energy storage projects. The target size of the fund is not more than 650 million US dollars. The subsidiary Hong Kong Pengding will contribute up to 30 million US dollars to subscribe for fund shares.
