Wisdom Finance and Economics APP news, Nori Shares (603611.SH) announced that, based on the company's strategic planning and business development needs, the company's controlling subsidiary, Zhongding Intelligent, intends to transfer 100% equity of Wuxi Senhe Dazhi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. held by it to Wuxi Huixi High-tech Industrial Development Co., Ltd. After the completion of this transfer, Zhongding Intelligent will no longer hold equity in Wuxi Senhe Dazhi, and will terminate project investment. The transfer price of the equity is 28.2 million RMB.
