Lishang Guochao: Shareholders plan to reduce their shareholdings by no more than 2.11% of the company's shares.

Lishangguochao announced on the evening of June 24 that its shareholder, Honglou Group Limited, holds 12.27% of the company's shares and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 16.07 million shares, or 2.11% of the total share capital.
