The Zhitong Finance and Economics App reports that China Netcom (01920.HK) has announced that all conditions of the placement agreement have been met and the placement was completed on June 24, 2025. According to the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 62.4 million shares at a price of 0.241 Hong Kong dollars per share to no fewer than six underwriters, representing approximately 16.67% of the company's enlarged issued share capital after the completion of the placement.
