Northeast Securities Announcement: The stock of Bo Hai Futures Co., Ltd., a controlling subsidiary of the company, will cease to be listed on the National Small and Medium Enterprise Stock Transfer System starting from June 24, 2025. Bo Hai Futures voluntarily applied to terminate the listing based on its own development plan. After the delisting, Bo Hai Futures will handle the procedures for withdrawing the stock registration and legally protect the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders.
