Huateng Gas announced that Chairman Shi Pingxiang resigned from the position of Chairman and convener of the Board of Directors Strategic Committee due to his age. Shi Pingxiang will continue to serve as a director of the company and a member of the Board of Directors Strategic Committee and Nomination Committee. Vice Chairman Shi Sihui has been elected as the new Chairman, with a term of office until the current term of the Board of Directors expires.
