China Financial APP News, Derin Holdings (01709) announced on June 24, 2025 that the company has entered into a non-legally binding terms sheet with Via BTC Holdings Limited (ViaBTC) to carry out strategic cooperation. The group will deepen cooperation with ViaBTC through the establishment of a joint venture to jointly engage in: (i) cryptocurrency over-the-counter (OTC) trading; (ii) providing asset management and family office services to OTC and/or cryptocurrency mining customers; and (iii) other potential business collaborations, including but not limited to establishing a Bitcoin (BTC) reserve and developing a virtual asset trading and management platform licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission.
